In collaboration with trusted partners, RioCan is building visionary and iconic developments that enhance communities in Canada’s major markets. We have numerous urban mixed-use projects underway that combine residential, commercial, and/or office space. We also create entire communities on vacant or underdeveloped land in growing suburban markets.

Of our total 40.6M sq ft development pipeline, zoning has been approved for 13.7M sq ft (39 projects) and zoning applications have been submitted for 6.9M sq ft (6 projects).
