What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a technology that allows you to have updated news from your favourite websites sent directly to your web browser or email.

How do I subscribe?

Internet Explorer 7: Use the RSS feed reader that is built into IE7. Internet Explorer will automatically detect the RSS feeds that are available on the page and you can simply click the orange RSS icon in the toolbar and add the feed. You can also click on the feeds above to open in your browser window. Then click ‘Subscribe to this feed.’

Firefox: Click on the RSS feeds listed above and Firefox will allow you to subscribe through Live Bookmarks or through Microsoft Outlook, as well as other popular aggregation services like My Yahoo or My Google homepage.
